All work is carried out in accordance with current UK building regulations and, where relevant, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS) guidance.
Before any work begins, we provide a free, no-obligation written quotation that clearly outlines the agreed scope of works, inclusions, and exclusions — so you know exactly what’s included in the price. All prices include VAT, and we never request full payment upfront. A deposit may be required, with the balance payable only upon satisfactory completion of the agreed works. All materials and workmanship are covered by a written guarantee, the details of which are provided before work commences.
